* If product is defective or damaged, we'll exchange it.
* Unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange Requests. (The video must be recorded clearly at the time of opening the package, without any cuts or edits. Exchange requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.)

All orders are been confirmed by the team before dispatching, after dispatching, No refund will be issued only exchange is available if product is found damaged at the time of delivery or if any part is not working.
